friendly staff elegant decoration quiet passageway

The staff were very friendly. They answered my questions and gave advice. The room was elegantly decorated and clean. It was serviced daily. The location is ideal for visiting all main sites. The hotel is down a quiet passageway, just a four minute walk from the Rialto bridge. Piazza St Marco is five minutes away. This location is really very central!!!

The stairs were steep and narrow. There was no lift for luggage.

perfect location water machine good selection

The location was perfect. i could easily walk to san marco square and rialto bridge. the hotel had a water machine which allowed me to refill my water bottle anytime, this was really convenient. breakfast offered a good selection. The cappuccino was made to order.

the man at check-in was unhelpful when i inquired about transportation. he dismissed my concerns about a train strike affecting my travel to tronchetto. his attitude.

perfect location great breakfast poor ventilation high toilet paper

the location is really great. it was easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go. breakfast included eggs, bacon, beans, pastries, also some fruit were available.

the bathroom lacked ventilation. it was very difficult to use. the toilet paper was positioned high above my head. i never understood the logic of it.

The location was great, only five minutes walk to rialto bridge and st mark's square! the staff at reception were amazing. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations. my room was perfect and cleaned daily.

My room felt a bit small and could use some updating, i recommend upgrading if you can. the toilet paper was located way above my head. I did not understand that. the air conditioning was not working well so the room got hot at night.
